What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?
Specialist Disability Accommodation is NDIS-funded housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA pays for the physical dwelling — separate from Supported Independent Living (SIL) — so your home and your support team remain independent choices.
Indus Ability designs, builds and manages SDA homes across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. Every dwelling is independently certified to the NDIS SDA Design Standard before enrolment with the NDIA.
